Weekly Spot Count: Macy’s, Famous Footwear Jump.

Progressive maintained its familiar place atop Media Monitors’ list of top radio advertisers by spot count for the week of Aug. 5-11, 2024, with Macy’s and Famous Footwear proving to be the biggest gainers.

Macy’s, with 28,057 spots in the latest week, jumped from No. 37 overall to No. 10. Meanwhile, Famous Footwear (28,274) went from No. 27 to No. 9.

ZipRecruiter (33,047) was No. 2 overall after spending the prior week at No. 10.

The Wireless Carrier category placed five advertisers among the week’s top 50: No. 3 T-Mobile (32,392), No. 15 Total Wireless (23,213), No. 33 Metro By T-Mobile (17,697), No. 43 Straight Talk (15,034), and No. 50 Boost Mobile (13,371).

For the week of Aug. 5-11, 2024, the top 10 advertisers on Media Monitors’ weekly spot count list are: Progressive, ZipRecruiter, T-Mobile, Grainger, Bank Of America, Upside, Discover, Babbel, Famous Footwear and Macy’s.
