United Stations, Gemini XIII Podcast Network And YEA Podcast Networks Unite As Gemini Networks.

Gemini XIII is combining United Stations Radio Networks (USRN), Gemini XIII Podcast Network and YEA Podcast Network under a new umbrella brand, Gemini Networks, which will reach more than 200 million consumers monthly. The consolidation brings national radio programming and services together with podcasting, YouTube, streaming and digital entertainment offerings.
As part of the transition, United Stations Radio Networks will no longer operate as a separate brand, with its programming and services incorporated into the broader Gemini Networks portfolio. The company says the move will bring its broadcast and digital assets under one management team while creating additional opportunities for programming, distribution and advertising.
“Gemini Networks will now have offerings and capabilities operating under one management team which will span across podcasting, streaming, broadcast radio, YouTube and social media,” said Charles Steinhauer, President and COO of Gemini Networks. “There’s a real opportunity for our programming, talent and advertising partners to leverage these assets together in a complementary fashion.”
Existing United Stations customers and partners will see no changes to day-to-day operations, programming or services, according to the company. Current relationships and support will continue without interruption.
Key-United, the joint sales venture with Key Networks, will also remain in place and continue serving existing clients and partners. The venture will gain access to Gemini Networks’ broader portfolio of podcast, YouTube and digital programming, creating expanded opportunities for cross-platform advertising and sponsorships.
The consolidation marks the next phase in Gemini XIII’s development as a multiplatform entertainment company, combining established radio programming and industry expertise with digital content, distribution and monetization capabilities.
