How has the pandemic impacted the lifestyles and shopping habits of radio listeners? The results of a study conducted by Provoke Insights in partnership with RAB addressed these changes, along with the continuing importance of radio advertising. “Radio listeners are making changes to their image,” RAB Senior VP/Insights Annette Malave says. “Shopping habits have changed [and] consumer expectations of the brands they purchase and where they purchase them have shifted dramatically.”
