Evergreen Links With Sounder To Make Its Ad Inventory More Appealing To Buyers.


With genres such as true crime, pop culture, comedy, and beyond, Evergreen Podcasts has a diverse mix of shows as part of its podcast production and distribution network. In an effort to make that mix of shows more appealing to advertisers, Evergreen has inked a deal with Sounder to begin using its AI-powered tools to address brand safety, suitability, and precise contextual targeting.


"Our mission has always been to support and amplify podcast creators, and this partnership allows us to do that on an even larger scale,” said Michael DeAloia, CEO of Evergreen Podcasts. “In providing advertisers with the opportunity to align with relevant and suitable inventory, our teams are enabling substantial monetization for Evergreen Podcasts creators,” he said in the joint announcement.


Sounder’s platform uses proprietary AI and machine learning models to analyze the content of podcasts, providing publishers with show- and episode-level brand safety and suitability scores, as well as contextual topics. Those insights will now be used to package Evergreen’s inventory to create targeted advertising campaigns.

Evergreen Podcasts is the third company this month to align with Sounder, following similar moves by AdLarge and Betches Media.
