Eva Longoria’s Hyphenate Launches First Podcast Slate With iHeart’s My Cultura.

Actress, producer, and director Eva Longoria has been among the Hollywood A-listers who have embraced podcasting as a way to stretch their creative wings. That led her Hyphenate Media Group to take a minority stake in iHeartMedia’s My Cultura network last year. As part of that deal, Hyphenate and Longoria have produced their first joint sale of podcasts with My Cultura. The first show will debut next week featuring political commentator and “The View” co-host Ana Navarro. Three other podcasts focused on business, entrepreneurship and self-improvement are set to follow.

“This slate reflects the cultural relevance, creative ambition and audience engagement that drive meaningful influence across platforms,” Longoria said in a statement. “Our collaboration with iHeartMedia and the My Cultura Podcast Network gives these creators the platform and scale to deepen their impact and strengthen their connection with audiences.”

The first show to launch will be “Bleep! With Ana Navarro,” a weekly culture and politics podcast. It is set to premiere Feb. 23. It will feature Navarro in what the show’s description says will be “fearless dialogue” with decision-makers, political leaders, cultural shapers, and people on the frontlines of the story.

“I’m excited to have a new space to dive deep into the forces shaping our lives — politics, culture, and power — in a way that’s honest, raw, and yes, totally un-bleeped,” said Navarro. “I’m proud to partner with my friends at Hyphenate Media Group, My Cultura, and iHeartMedia to cut through the noise, call out the bleeping nonsense, and have the conversations that some folks would rather we avoid.”

Last June, it was announced that Hyphenate acquired an equity share in iHeartMedia’s My Cultura. Under the deal, Hyphenate Media Group has received a seat on My Cultura’s Board of Advisors.

“We’re thrilled to continue growing My Cultura’s partnership with Eva and the team at Hyphenate Media Group through this exciting slate of new podcasts that amplify Latino voices,” said Leo Gomez, head of iHeartMedia’s My Cultura Podcast Network. “Our shared commitment to telling authentic and diverse stories makes our collaborations feel seamless, and we’re looking forward to sharing these shows with audiences worldwide.”

Other Hyphenate podcasts launching throughout the year will include the entrepreneurship and self-improvement show “Against All Odds with Yris Palmer”; relationships, self-improvement and mental health show “How Hard Can It Be?” hosted by Diana Maria Riva; and “Who Made You,” an interview show hosted by Longoria.

Hyphenate Media Group is building out its podcast slate with a trio of additional series set to debut throughout the year, each focused on personal storytelling, resilience, and identity across different stages of life and career.

The rollout continues in late March with “Against All Odds with Yris Palmer,” a weekly entrepreneurship and self-improvement podcast hosted by the celebrity lash artist turned entrepreneur and investor. Palmer, the daughter of immigrant parents, will lead conversations with entrepreneurs, creatives, and changemakers who have overcome adversity, exploring the resilience, mindset, and determination required to break barriers and redefine their futures.

In early May, actress Diana Maria Riva will debut “How Hard Can It Be?,” a weekly podcast aimed at Gen X women navigating midlife. The show will feature conversations with celebrity guests, experts, and friends as Riva explores the realities of career shifts, family responsibilities, aging, and personal reinvention, offering a look at life’s second act.

Later in the year, Hyphenate will expand its slate with “Who Made You with Eva Longoria,” launching during Hispanic Heritage Month. The interview series will feature Longoria in conversations with leading figures in film and television, reflecting on the mentors, setbacks, and defining moments that shaped their journeys.

All shows in the new My Cultura/Hyphenate lineup will be distributed by iHeartPodcasts and available on the iHeartRadio app and everywhere podcasts are heard.

The My Cultura Podcast Network launched 2021 in collaboration with Enrique Santos, iHeartMedia’s top-rated radio personality and President and Chief Creative Officer of iHeartLatino. Since launch, the network has seen steady listener growth and has become home to more than 60 podcasts.
