America’s Consumer Advocacy Group (ACA Group) has launched a nationwide media campaign through iHeartMedia as part of an expanded omnichannel marketing effort aimed at reaching timeshare owners, the company announced.
The campaign, which began Wednesday (Oct. 15), includes exclusive radio broadcasts on iHeartRadio and features ACA Group on the Premiere Networks syndicated “The Clay Travis & Buck Sexton Show.” The company said the initiative marks a major milestone in its strategy to connect with families struggling with unwanted timeshare contracts.
“Our mission goes beyond cancellation — it’s about advocacy,” Brooks Nunez, Founder and CEO of ACA Group, said in a release. “We’re helping families understand their options, protect their rights, and make informed decisions. Whether you’re looking to cancel or sell your timeshare, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.”
Founded in 2020, ACA Group provides legal timeshare exit services and consumer advocacy resources. The new iHeartMedia campaign will complement its current marketing mix, which includes radio, podcasts, connected TV, direct mail, billboards, and community events.
