Conan O’Brien Podcast Goes Live; Podcast Gets Tiered Release.

The “Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend” podcast will host a live event featuring a surprise special guest at The Fonda Theatre on Oct. 5. The live podcast taping will give an audience of fans and SiriusXM subscribers a chance to see O’Brien and his co-hosts Sona Movsesian and Matt Gourley sit down with a surprise special guest for a wide-ranging interview in the iconic Los Angeles venue. The evening will also feature O’Brien reuniting with members of his late-night television show’s band, led by Jimmy Vivino.

The episode will be released exclusively to SiriusXM Podcasts+ subscribers on Oct. 15. Audio of the episode will air on SiriusXM’s Conan O’Brien Radio on Oct. 22 and be released widely on podcast feeds. The full video will be released on YouTube.
