Ad Results Media (ARM), which specializes in personality-driven endorsement audio ads, appoints five new executives to its team.
With established offices in Austin, Houston and San Diego, ARM recently expanded to Boston and Los Angeles. The new hires are spread across the agency’s markets.
Tony Carnevale joins as Creative Director and is added to the Houston team. He brings more than 13 years of experience working with category-leaders on multimedia initiatives, according to press materials.
Jemina MacHarry is named Director of Business Development. MacHarry is a Houston-based sale professional with more than 10 years of experience developing and implementing strategic growth plans within the education, sports and logistics sectors.
Joining the Los Angeles team is Patty Mertes and DeShá Runnels as VP of Media. Mertes brings 16 years of specialized tech experience to the agency. She has worked with disruptive tech companies on multichannel campaigns reaching multiple audiences. Runnels has more than 15 years of specialized experience managing sales operations for leading brands in the entertainment, sports and talk radio space.
Gretchen Smith is also named VP of Media, coming to ARM with experience across the travel, wellness, non-profit, beauty, retail and military recruiting industries. Smith focuses on audio-based solutions that allow brands to become more effective and innovative storytellers, especially through newly emerging audio platforms like Clubhouse.
