4As Survey Finds Sense Of Accomplishment Among Agencies.

A new study from the American Association of Advertising Agencies finds member agencies feel a sense of accomplishment about how they helped clients navigate the challenging and difficult marketing landscape wrought by the pandemic over the past year. Mediapost reports that 97% of respondents believe their agency’s work helped their top clients gain market share during 2020. And 92% of those polled rated the health of their relationships with top clients as “healthy” or “very healthy.”
