One week removed from an ad blitz that saw nearly 68,000 spots, Sleep Number has fallen out of the top ten on the Media Monitors Spot Ten list as mainstay Progressive resumed its frequent place atop the list.
The insurer was No. 1 with 65,335 spots for the week of Sept. 1-7, while The Home Depot (64,017) maintained the second spot. Upside (59,933), Pfizer (45,615) and Janssen Pharmaceuticals’ TREMFYA (45,580) rounded out the top five.
There were no dramatic moves up the rankings last week. ZipRecruiter, which climbed to No. 6 from No. 11, was the week’s biggest gainer. Sleep Number, the previous No. 1 behind heavy advertising for its Labor Day mattress sale, fell to No. 13.
For the week of Sept. 1-7, 2025, the top ten advertisers by spot count on the Media Monitors Spot Ten list includes Progressive, The Home Depot, Upside, Pfizer, TREMFYA, ZipRecruiter, Discover, Vicks, Morgan & Morgan and T-Mobile International Wireless.
