Skyview Networks is making several leadership changes as it seeks to accelerate growth and strengthen coordination across the company.
In a memo to employees, President, CEO and Chairman Steve Jones outlined a series of promotions, title changes and a key new hire designed to "sharpen strategy, improve alignment and increase efficiency across the company."
"These changes create clearer, more focused leadership around the priorities that matter most," Jones wrote. "I'm confident they will help us move quickly, enhance innovation and stay at the leading edge of a changing media landscape as we build toward the future."
Among the changes, Andrew Kalb has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Jones said Kalb has played "a key driver of our revenue growth and portfolio expansion," adding that his expanded responsibilities reflect the leadership role he already plays across the organization and are intended to strengthen coordination and execution across operational functions.
Clayton Nix has been elevated to Chief Financial Officer. Jones credited Nix with helping guide the company's financial direction and said the new title recognizes his growing role in shaping strategic decisions, improving partner service and delivering industry insights through reporting and analytics.
Sarah Foss has been named Chief Transformation Officer, a newly expanded role that will have her working alongside the executive leadership team to oversee key strategic initiatives and the company's ongoing business evolution.
"Technology has always been central to our strategy," Jones wrote, "and in this elevated role, Sarah will help strengthen the connection between our technology roadmap and our broader business transformation efforts."
The company also expanded Ethan Aragon's responsibilities, naming him Senior Executive Director of Business Strategy. Rather than focusing primarily on reporting and analytics, Aragon will work closely with business development, finance and executive leadership to identify and prioritize revenue opportunities across Skyview's portfolio.
"This is an important evolution of Ethan's role and reflects our belief that analytics should drive action, not simply report results," Jones said.
Skyview also announced the hiring of Nicholaus Tzineff as Revenue Analytics Strategist. Tzineff joins the company after more than a decade in sales and research leadership roles at ESPN. He will work across research, finance and sales to help shape the company's revenue strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
Jones said the leadership changes reflect Skyview's continued investment in the organizational structure needed to support its long-term growth.
"These changes reflect our continued investment in the leadership and structure needed to support Skyview's next chapter," he wrote, adding that he looks forward to what the team "will accomplish together."
