Premiere Networks is celebrating the 25th anniversary of “The Sean Hannity Show” in national syndication this month, with the news/talk program airing on more than 700 stations and reaching 99% of the U.S.

Hannity’s syndicated run launched in September 2001, just before the Sept. 11 attacks. Since then, “The Sean Hannity Show” has built a national audience through Hannity’s commentary on news, politics and issues shaping the country.

Premiere says Hannity remains the most-listened-to talk radio host in the U.S., while the program has become a platform for interviews with prominent figures in the national conversation. The show has also extended its reach into podcasting, generating more than 250 million downloads to date.

Hannity has received two Marconi Awards for Nationally Syndicated Personality of the Year and was inducted into the Radio Hall of Fame in 2017.

“Reaching 25 years in national syndication is both humbling and a tremendous honor,” Hannity said. “What began as a passion for engaging in meaningful conversations about the issues shaping our country has become a daily connection with millions of listeners across America.”

Hannity thanked the program’s audience, affiliate partners, Premiere Networks, advertisers and staff for their support, adding that he looks forward to continuing the program “for many years to come.”

Premiere Networks President Julie Talbott called the milestone “an extraordinary accomplishment” and said Hannity’s success reflects the connection he has built with listeners nationwide.

“His informed, engaging commentary and unwavering dedication to his audience have made him one of the most listened-to voices in media,” Talbott said. “We are honored to celebrate this milestone and grateful for the value he continues to deliver to our affiliates, advertisers and listeners nationwide.”
