Salem Media Expands Into Talent Representation With New Creators Agency.

Salem Media is expanding its presence in the faith-based media ecosystem with the launch of Salem Creators Agency (SCA), a new venture designed to represent and develop faith-centric and family-friendly talent across podcasting, publishing, live events, speaking engagements, music, film and television.

The company announced that Christian content creator and speaker Jason Jackson Jr. has become the agency’s first client, marking the official debut of the new business unit.

The move extends Salem’s role beyond audience building and content distribution into talent representation and career development. Known for its radio stations, podcast network, digital media properties and publishing operations, Salem says the agency will help creators identify and pursue opportunities across multiple revenue streams and platforms.

“For years, we’ve worked alongside some of the most influential voices in media,” CEO David Santrella said in the announcement. “Many of them are looking for more than platform monetization. They want a partner who not only understands their audience and shares their values but also has the experience to help them continue building their brands. Launching SCA is a natural next step for us.”

Salem says the agency was created to address what it sees as a gap in the entertainment industry, where few representation firms specialize in faith-based and family-friendly talent. SCA will focus on securing speaking opportunities, publishing deals, brand partnerships, media appearances and other growth opportunities for its clients.

Andrew Samalot, Managing Director of Salem Creators Agency, said creators increasingly need support that extends beyond social media audience growth.

“As we’ve worked alongside creators over the last several years, we’ve seen firsthand that the most successful talent aren’t just building social media audiences — they’re building brands, businesses, and platforms that extend far beyond any single channel,” Samalot said. “Our role is to help them identify those opportunities, navigate them strategically, and surround them with representation they can trust as they continue growing their influence and impact.”

The agency’s first client, Jason Jackson Jr., has emerged as a rapidly growing voice in Christian media. Since launching his content platforms in 2023, Jackson has built a social media following of more than one million across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube through faith-focused content, personal storytelling and discussions centered on purpose, identity and culture.

Jackson initially pursued a professional football career before shifting his focus to ministry and content creation after a deepening commitment to his Christian faith during college. He now reaches audiences through short-form videos, speaking appearances, long-form content projects and his talk show, “The Pew.”

“I’ve always believed God gave me this platform for a reason,” Jackson said. “I’m excited to partner with a team that understands where I want to go and shares my heart for reaching people with a message of faith and hope.”

Salem says SCA plans to continue expanding its roster as it seeks to build a stable of creators aligned with its faith-centered and family-friendly mission.
