RCS Worldwide Expands Executive Team.

RCS Worldwide has appointed Tammy Halcomb as Senior VP of Products and Merideth Kelly as Senior VP of Global Client Experience and Transformation, expanding the broadcast software company's leadership team as it focuses on product innovation and client relationships.
Halcomb reports to Chief Technology Officer Chip Jellison, while Kelly reports to CEO and President Susan Larkin.
Halcomb brings more than 25 years of experience in broadcast technology, enterprise software, advertising automation and AI-driven product development. She most recently served as VP of Product Development at Gemini XIII, where she led cross-functional teams delivering enterprise solutions for the media and audio industry.
Her previous experience includes senior product leadership roles at WideOrbit and Marketron, where she worked on advertising technology platforms serving broadcasters and media companies.
At RCS Worldwide, Halcomb will lead the global product organization, overseeing strategy and development across the company's broadcast technology portfolio. Her responsibilities will include bringing together product development, design and customer insights to develop tools focused on automation, optimization and business growth.
“Tammy is a collaborative leader who brings out the best in the teams around her,” Jellison said. “Her ability to listen to customers, align development and product, and deliver solutions that truly move the needle is exactly what we need as we continue to innovate.”
Kelly brings more than 20 years of experience in media, technology, customer experience and revenue operations. She began her career in radio, broadcast and cable newsrooms, including writing and producing the Emmy-nominated series “Seahawks All Access.”
Her technology career has included work across implementation, project management, development, revenue operations and professional services. At WideOrbit, she advanced from onboarding specialist to VP of Strategic Solutions, building teams and aligning sales, product and service operations around customer needs.
Kelly will lead RCS Worldwide's global client experience organization, overseeing initiatives designed to strengthen client relationships, improve service delivery and align the company's operations with the evolving needs of media companies.
“Merideth’s appointment reflects our commitment to putting clients at the center of everything we do and to building the future alongside them,” Larkin said. “She brings a rare combination of operational depth and strategic vision, and I’m confident she will transform the way our clients experience RCS Worldwide.”
Larkin said the appointments will strengthen both the company's product development and customer service strategies as the broadcast technology industry evolves.
“Tammy and Merideth represent exactly the kind of bold, experienced leadership that will carry RCS Worldwide forward,” Larkin said. “Tammy will push our product vision further and faster, ensuring we continue to deliver technology that empowers users around the world. Merideth will fundamentally reimagine how we show up for our clients making every interaction smarter, more seamless, and more meaningful.”
She added that the appointments will support the company's efforts to improve both the technology it develops and the relationships it maintains with clients.
