Radio Hall Of Fame Reveals 2026 Class.

The Museum of Broadcast Communications announced the eight inductees selected for the 2026 Radio Hall of Fame, with honorees ranging from legendary on-air talent to influential radio executives.

The 2026 induction class includes Boomer Esiason, Dennis Green, Shotgun Tom Kelly, Helen Little, Bob Pittman, Rickey Smiley, Charlie Van Dyke and Fred Winston.

The inductees will be honored during the 2026 Radio Hall of Fame Induction ceremony on Thursday, Oct. 8. Tickets for the event are currently on sale through the organization’s official website. A portion of ticket proceeds will benefit the Museum of Broadcast Communications, which serves as the home of the Radio Hall of Fame.

According to the organization, six inductees were selected through votes cast by more than 950 radio industry professionals, while two were chosen directly by the Radio Hall of Fame’s 2026 Nominating Committee. The voting process was conducted confidentially by Votem.com and overseen by Miller Kaplan partner Andrew Rosen.

“Our congratulations to each of our 2026 Inductees, on this well-deserved recognition,” Radio Hall of Fame Co-Chair Kraig Kitchin said in a release. “Each of these inductees has performed at the highest levels for a sustained period of time to make our industry that much more impactful to listeners and advertisers as a result.”

Kitchin also thanked the nominating committee and industry voting panel participants for helping determine the 2026 class, adding that he was “thrilled to see them properly recognized” during this year’s induction ceremony.
