The Queen of the Con podcast has announced that its Season 4, which is set to release this summer, will focus on “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” cast member turned federal convict Jen Shah. She rose to fame flaunting a life of luxury as an original cast member on the Bravo series. However, her reign as a “snowflake holder” came to an abrupt end in January when she was sentenced to six and a half years in a federal prison on charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection to a telemarketing scheme that defrauded senior citizens out of millions of dollars.
The new season will feature exclusive interviews and perspective from the victims of Shah’s crimes — including those who haven’t spoken previously — and will dig deeper into Shah’s backstory, her rise to fame, and the spiral of decisions and events that ultimately led to her arrest and conviction.
Queen of the Con is a joint production of AYR Media and iHeartPodcasts. TV producer and “con hunter” Johnathan Walton investigates and hosts the podcast, and executive produces alongside AYR Media founder Aliza Rosen. Attorney and popular YouTuber and podcaster Emily D. Baker, who has covered the Jen Shah case extensively via her channels, serves as consulting producer. The series is distributed by the iHeartPodcast Network.
