PodcastOne Reports Record Quarter As Network Expands To 210 Shows.

PodcastOne reports it had record results during its latest fiscal quarter that ended Sept. 30. The company reports revenue climbed 22% from a year earlier to $15.2 million. And it remained profitable, with adjusted earnings of $1.1 million — which was a 369% increase from 2024. The latest quarterly numbers mean PodcastOne had revenue of $30.2 million during the first half of its fiscal year, which ends March 31, 2026. That is up 19% year-over-year.

Based on those results, PodcastOne is raising its outlook for full-year results. It now expects it will see $56 million to $60 million in total revenue for the year, with earnings in the $4.5 million to $6 million range.

President Kit Gray says the latest revenue gains reflect the strength of the company’s diversified business model. “PodcastOne continues to lead the podcasting industry by combining innovation with proven performance,” he said in a statement noting the company’s use of AI-powered tools to enhance discovery, monetization, and production across its network. It also benefits from a three-year ad sales alliance with Amazon’s Art19 that includes a $15 million minimum revenue guarantee. That deal is exceeding expectations. PodcastOne says it now expects to book more than $20 million in ad revenue from Art19 annually.

PodcastOne’s gains are also driven by more shows. It added 17 new podcasts since January, growing its network to 210 shows.

“Our brand momentum is stronger than ever,” Gray said. “From high-profile additions like ‘Beach Too Sandy, Water Too Wet’ and ‘Notsam Wrestling,’ to new partnerships including BuzzFeed’s ‘Phone a Fangirl,’ we’re expanding both our content lineup and our audience reach.”
