Omnicom's OMD Remains The Top U.S. Media Agency.

Mediapost reports that Omnicom's OMD remained the top U.S. media agency in terms of media billings volume, but Dentsu Aegis Network's Carat had the best year overall, jumping from No. 3 in 2018 to No. 2 in 2019, thanks to an 18.5% gain, according to final estimates released by Comvergence. Carat bumped Publicis' Spark Foundry to No. 3, due in part to a 3.5% annual billings slide, but the biggest loser of the year was Omnicom's Hearts & Science, which declined 31.9%, falling from No. 7 in 2018 to No. 10 in 2019.
