Ten-time Grammy winner Norah Jones is back with a new season of her acclaimed podcast “Norah Jones Is Playing Along,” now part of the iHeartPodcasts network. The series returns this week with more spontaneous musical collaborations and unscripted conversations between Jones and some of her favorite artists.
The second season opens with a double-episode premiere featuring Black Pumas’ Eric Burton and Adrian Quesada, followed by singer-songwriter Margo Price (available online now.) Jones and her guests trade stories about creativity and collaboration, then share live performances—mixing new material, classics, and on-the-spot originals.
“The most surprising and joyful things happen when music is shared in the moment—human to human, voice to voice, instrument to instrument,” Jones said. “This podcast is about making those connections in a way that’s intimate, spontaneous, and so much fun.”
First launched in 2022, “Norah Jones Is Playing Along” gives listeners a rare inside look at the artistic process, blending conversation and live music into one seamless experience. Season One featured guests including Mavis Staples, Jeff Tweedy, and Marcus Mumford, helping the show earn widespread praise for its warmth and authenticity.
Jones, who has sold more than 52 million albums worldwide, continues to balance her recording career with new creative projects. Her latest release, “Visions,” earned a Grammy earlier this year, and she recently collaborated with John Legend on the single “Summertime Blue.”
New episodes of “Norah Jones Is Playing Along” are available weekly on Tuesdays through iHeartPodcasts and all major listening platforms.
