NAB Show New York Unveils 2026 Speakers, Sessions.

NAB Show New York will return to the Javits Center Oct. 21-22 with more than 150 speakers across 60-plus educational sessions focused on the business and technology shaping broadcast, audio, sports, streaming, creators and AI.
The 2026 event puts greater emphasis on the intersection of technology and business strategy, with sessions examining consolidation, investment, monetization, creator-led businesses and the changing economics of sports and media. More than 225 companies will exhibit products and technologies spanning broadcast, audio, streaming, cloud, AI, production and workflow.
NAB says the programming is designed to move beyond technology demonstrations and focus on how media companies are applying new tools and business models.
Among the featured sessions is “The Great Media Reshuffling: Consolidation, Spin-Offs and the Battle for Scale,” with BofA Securities media and entertainment analyst Jessica Reif Ehrlich, J.P. Morgan’s Eric Menell and Apollo Global Management partner Aaron Sobel. CNBC media and sports reporter Alex Sherman will moderate.
Creator businesses also receive a significant focus. Michael Kassan, founder and CEO of 3C Ventures, will lead “From Following to Franchise: Building the Next Generation of Creator-Led Entertainment,” examining how creators are moving from audience building into ownership of scalable media businesses and entertainment brands. UPROXX co-founder and CEO Jarret Myer and “Love Island USA” Season 7 contestant Chelley Bissainthe are also scheduled to participate.
Sports programming will address the relationship between media rights, investment, betting and fan engagement. “The Future of Sports Betting: Growth, Media and Responsibility” features FanDuel President Christian Genetski and Craig Carton, TV host and FanDuel responsible gaming ambassador at WFAN Radio. “Investing in Sports Media Today” will feature Laurie Freeman of Bruin Capital and George Barrios of Isos Capital Management.
New York Islanders co-owner Jon Ledecky will participate in “Inside the Live Sports Economy,” which will examine ownership models and opportunities in sports media. Another session, “Game On: The Power of Sports on Broadcast,” will feature OutKick founder, and Premiere Networks host, Clay Travis in conversation with NAB President and CEO Curtis LeGeyt.
AI will run throughout the conference, with an emphasis on implementation in newsrooms, production and content operations. “Creating an Environment of FOMO: AI in the Newsroom” features CNN director of AI innovation Ryan Struyk and E.W. Scripps vice president of emerging technology operations Christina Hartman.
Other sessions will examine whether AI can help address the local news crisis and offer practical lessons from NAB’s Google AI training initiative, including research, document analysis and information integrity.
Streaming and professional audio are also part of the program. Sessions will examine personalized playback, streaming product development and NASA+, while AES@NAB New York will bring professional audio into the broader discussion of content creation and distribution.
The event will also feature more than 40 new exhibitors and 53 international companies. NAB says attendees will be able to compare technologies and evaluate tools and workflows for immediate implementation. Register to attend the NAB Show New York HERE.
