United Stations Radio Networks (USRN) and Key Networks have announced a joint venture combining their sales teams under the banner Key United. This partnership strengthens their reach and capabilities in the advertising market by combining two well-established network sales organizations.
Both companies will continue to operate independently when it comes to producing, marketing, and distributing audio programming. Dennis Green will remain the COO of Key Networks, while Stefan Jones will continue to oversee USRN's production and operations.
The new sales team will be led by Charles Steinhauer, COO of Gemini XIII, and Ron Russo, Key Networks' President of Sales.
Rob Koblasz, CEO of Key Networks, expressed excitement about the merger, stating, "By uniting these two experienced sales teams, we’re creating a more agile and stronger organization that will better serve our advertisers, offering more creative solutions while maintaining our high level of service."
Steinhauer also commented on the venture, saying, "This collaboration brings an even larger scale and expanded product lineup to our advertising clients. I’m eager to work alongside Ron, Rob, and Dennis to provide even more opportunities."
Key United will begin operations immediately, with offices in major cities across the U.S., including New York, Dallas, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Orlando. For more information, visit www.key-united.com.
