iHeart’s Outspoken Podcast Network Greenlights Season 2 Of ‘Outlaws.’

"Outlaws" with TS Madison returns for a second season on iHeartMedia’s Outspoken Podcast Network beginning Tuesday, April 28. The season one finale of the weekly series, with special guest Lil Nas X, dropped today (April 21) on the iHeartRadio app and all major podcast platforms. 

The season one finale is described as a special vault episode recorded in February 2025 featuring two-time Grammy winner Lil Nas X in his first extended sit-down conversation since a January 2024 appearance on “On Purpose with Jay Shetty.” The episode opens with a personal message from TS Madison on mental health, the weight of public judgment and the importance of showing up for the people you love. 

In its first year, "Outlaws" earned nominations for Outstanding Podcast at the 37th Annual GLAAD Media Awards and Best Podcast at the 14th Annual Queerty Awards. Across 50 episodes, the series hosted a roster of guests collectively representing 4 Oscar wins and nominations, 12 Emmy wins, 6 Grammy wins, 2 Tony Awards, a Peabody, 9 RuPaul's Drag Race crowns, and more than 150 million combined social media followers. Season one guests included Oscar winner Mo'Nique; Grammy, Tony and Emmy winner Billy Porter; Grammy winners Lil Nas X; Durand Bernarr; Chappell Roan; Kandi Burruss, New York Times bestselling author Tina Knowles; Laverne Cox; Margaret Cho; Ms. Pat; Da Brat; and U.S. Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett, among others.

Season 2 guests set to appear include actress Jenifer Lewis, the so-called Mother of Black Hollywood, with additional guests to be announced on a rolling basis. The season will balance household names with advocates doing work in their communities, according to press materials. Its premiere episode will feature Hope Giselle-Godsey, a BET and Webby Award-winning activist, author, 2023 New York City Pride Grand Marshal, and subject of the acclaimed documentary "Not Your Average Girl." 

Season 2 marks the expansion of "Outlaws" beyond a weekly podcast. The series has launched "Outlaws: Still Recording" on Patreon — a subscription offering featuring extended episode content, a community group chat, fan voting and polling and exclusive access. An official merchandise line is in development.
