Mediapost reports on the State of Customer Loyalty and Churn 2022 Edition, a study released by TechSee. Of the consumers polled, 43% switched products or canceled a contract due to poor customer service, versus 39% in 2019. In addition, 38% switched to a competitor simply because they were approached.
