Bill O’Reilly Expands Podcast Reach With New Weekly Interview Show.

It has been nearly a decade since political commentator Bill O’Reilly left the nightly cable news schedule. In the years since, he launched the “No Spin News” series in 2017, a short-form news update that has also been distributed as a daily podcast and syndicated radio show. Now O’Reilly is adding a longer podcast to his reach into the medium. In a show titled “We’ll Do It Live!” O’Reilly will sit down with people making the headlines for a conservation that will bring his signature “no spin” style to more than just politics.

The podcast will feature O’Reilly speaking with actors, musicians, lawmakers, entrepreneurs, and others. In the premiere episode releasing Thursday (March 12), O’Reilly sits down with actor and activist Rob Schneider to discuss comedy, “Saturday Night Live,” Donald Trump, the death of late-night television, religion, and other topics.

Produced by Fox’s Red Seat Ventures, “We’ll Do It Live!” will release new episodes every Thursday on YouTube, all major podcast platforms, BillOReilly.com, and The First TV. Subscribers at BillOReilly.com also get exclusive previews of each episode.

The name of the podcast is a reference to a 2008 viral video in which O’Reilly, then an “Inside Edition” anchor, yelled at his staff when the show’s teleprompter malfunctioned.

The audio format isn’t new for O’Reilly. He earlier hosted the syndicated radio program “The Radio Factor” from 2002 to 2009, which was carried by more than 400 stations. More recently, he has produced the daily 15-minute commentary “The O’Reilly Update” syndicated by Key Networks, and has hosted a syndicated one-hour radio show.
