Ad Results Media Taps Imran Ismail To Lead Client Operations And Strategy.

The audio ad agency Ad Results Media has hired Imran Ismail as its first Managing Director. The audio-centric ad agency calls it a “pivotal addition” to its leadership team as it continues to scale and evolve in an increasingly dynamic audio and media landscape.
Ismail most recently served as Executive Director of Planning and Business Leadership at Crossmedia USA, where he led evidence-based strategies to enhance client engagement and drive measurable outcomes. Earlier, Ismail spent time at ad agency media-buying giants including Mediacom, Initiative and Omnicom Media Group. That has included work for a diverse roster of clients, including Sony PlayStation, U.S. Bank, Planet Fitness, Kay Jewelers, Zales, Jared and Amtrak.
In his new role, Ismail will oversee all client-facing operations and is focused on deepening client partnerships and ensuring his team is seamlessly aligned to deliver the measurable impact for brands. Internally, he is also tasked with helping to sharpen how ARM’s media teams work together, strengthening the connection between strategy, planning, creative and measurement.

With more than 20 years of experience leading complex organizations and partnering with brands to drive measurable growth, it says he has developed a deep understanding of how data can unlock smarter marketing decisions.
