Actor Brian Baumgartner Is Leading A Podcast ‘Deep Dive’ Into TV Fan Fav ‘The Office.’

The success of Earwolf’s The Office Ladies podcast, hosted by actors Jenna Fischer and Angela Kinsey, has shown the passion that fans of “The Office” have for the television series that left the airwaves in 2013 after a nine-season run. Their support helped The Office Ladies win Podcast of The Year honors at last month’s iHeartRadio Podcast Awards. Now one of their castmates, actor Brian Baumgartner, is launching a new series of his own. Co-produced by Propagate Content and iHeartMedia, The Office Deep Dive will bring on weekly stars from “The Office” to share their favorite memories from the set and never-before-told stories.

Among the cast members that will appear in the debut season are fellow podcasters Fischer and Kinsey, as well as Steve Carell, John Krasinski, Rainn Wilson, as well as series writer, director and creator Greg Daniels.

“I had a blast reconnecting with many of my old friends and now audiences will have a front row seat to all of our intimate conversations regarding our time on The Office,” said Baumgartner, who played the character Kevin Malone on the television series. “I am beyond excited to be partnering with iHeartMedia to bring these full-length interviews with my favorite people on the planet to audiences around the globe,” he said.

In addition to “The Office,” Baumgartner has also appeared on TV shows including “The Goldbergs,” “Arrested Development” and “Criminal Minds.” In addition to acting, Baumgartner – an avid golfer – launched a production company, 3 Bees Entertainment, which has created NBC Sports specials. For the podcast, he is also one of the show’s executive producers alongside Ben Silverman and Linh Le for Propagate.

“The Office was a true phenomenon in TV comedy, and this podcast gives listeners the chance to revisit this legendary show with a fresh perspective,” said Conal Byrne, President of the iHeartPodcast Network. “They’ll come for the nostalgia and stick around for the hilarious new context and rapport.”

The Office Deep Dive will debut Feb. 9.
