Cumulus Media has inked a multi-year, multi-platform partnership with WynnBet that makes the sports betting app one of its largest advertising and marketing clients. Under the expansive deal announced Wednesday, WynnBet will have a presence on Westwood One play-by-play broadcasts and receive endorsements from host Jim Rome. The partnership also includes on-air advertising on Cumulus radio stations, sponsorship rights for multiple on-air studios and brand endorsements from local personalities.
Another radio group is taking a huge step into the fertile sports betting category as Cumulus Media inks a multi-year, multi-platform partnership with WynnBet. Under the terms of the deal, WynnBet becomes one of Cumulus Media’s largest advertising and marketing partners.
The mobile sportsbook owned by Wynn Resorts will benefit from Cumulus Media’s reach across multiple platforms, including national exposure in Westwood One’s play-by-play programming and endorsements from network sports talk host Jim Rome. The partnership also includes on-air advertising on Cumulus radio stations, multiple studio sponsorships and brand endorsements from local personalities.
WynnBet will also receive digital exposure via social media, streaming, podcasting, and smart speakers and have a presence at on-site events. Additionally, the companies say they plan to create content to entertain and deepen consumer engagement with the WynnBet brand.

Cumulus says the deal will allow WynnBet to use its advanced targeting technology, which will enable the mobile sports betting app to customize multiple brand messages to deliver tailored content to different markets and demos across the its station portfolio.
