The conversation for Red Table Talk will continue. The popular podcast hosted by Jada Pinkett Smith, Willow Smith and Adrienne Banfield-Norris is expanding into the Red Table Talk Audio Network. The move is a part of a new two-year deal with iHeartMedia. The venture will include a slate of co-produced podcasts, including its flagship series and Positively Gam, a podcast hosted by Banfield-Norris.
In a joint announcement from iHeartMedia and Westbrook, the production company founded in 2019 by Jada Pinkett Smith, Will Smith, Miguel Melendez, and Ko Yada, the companies said they expect to launch five new series over the next two years that will allow listeners to go deeper into topics covered at the table.
The first show to launch on the slate will be the Red Table Talk: The Estefans, a show hosted by Gloria Estefan, Emily Estefan, and Lili Estefan. The podcast series will launch this Wednesday (Aug. 25) as part of iHeartMedia’s My Cultura, a dedicated podcast platform created to elevate Latinx voices and creators. “We’re Latinas, three different women, three different generations, three different opinions,” said Gloria Estefan in the show’s preview. Produced by Westbrook Studios, the Red Table Talk: The Estefans series will also stream on Facebook Watch.
Additional podcasts and creators set to join the Red Table Talk Audio Network will be announced in the coming months.
