Future NAB Chief Brags On Radio's Value Amid Competition.


Radio World has published an interview with the incoming head of the National Association of Broadcasters. Among other comments, the NABs Curtis LeGeyt, who takes over when President and CEO Gordon Smith leaves at the end of the year, gave radio a nod. "There's all this distrust right now of the social media platforms, of the very politicized cable news outlets."What can you rely on?" LeGeyt asks. "It's local radio."
